- High precision all geared coil winding machine fitted on a fabricated base frame, geared head is fitted with face plate, having radial slots for holding the winding formers.
- A foot pad is provided with machine for gradual increase & decrease the machine’s speed. Provision for change of speeds through gear unit is incorporated inside the gear box of the machine.
- Two hand lever is provided with the machine, one lever for precise setting of layer for different wire size and other lever for manual reverse of wire at the end of each layer.
- The machine is complete with counter meter, tail –stock, reel carrier, v-puley, v-belt, safety guard of belt , belt tensioner, winding mandrel etc.

DVDF Test Set
- Double Voltage Double Frequency Test Set DVDF Test Set is Induced Over Voltage Test Set is used for testing the strength of insulation between turns and between other points of the transformers.
- For this test Double Voltage is applied across L.T. terminals for one minute, and to limit the magnetising current over frequency is utilised.
- We supply it is as mechanically coupled unit having motor and Alternator with power and control panel to regulate the output voltage.
- A suitable control panel is design for motor starting, generator output control, measurement of all three phases, voltage and current for input and output with protection circuit and meters.
